Awesome shirt! I had the same thing happen with my food saver vacuum sealer. Congratulations on another great cheese. When I saw the $22 correction flash on the screen I said Whoa!! Awsome savings.
Thanks Leanna :)) I never thought about that heat tape! Why do I think things are made to last? Sigh. I just got the damn sealer a few months ago and I haven't been overusing it or abusing it! Yeah, that $22 savings is enough to make me want to always have some Cheddar in the works. I love my t-shirt! :)
I love your shirt and everything about this video. You look so professional to me ... the cheese looks delicious !!! So does the glass of vino ;) I have to come here more often again. Way to go sis.
Thanks so much Sis :)) I'm SO happy I had a success with Cheddar FINALLY. By the way, since I made this video, it's nearly all gone lol...I love my shirt too! When you have cheese you MUST have vino! ;)
I came back today when I had a little more time so I could focus on your video! I love your on-camera persona ~ you're calm and speak in a pleasant, gentle voice. Aside from all the cheese information, I had fun looking around your space. Dana (?) was napping so beautifully at your side ~ I was a little envious because I'm incapable of napping unless I'm really sick. I enjoyed seeing your artwork all around you, and I recognized many of the pieces from your art series Alex is really supportive of your endeavors, filming you, buying you a celebratory tee-shirt. And that cheese! I wanted to taste it so badly. I likely will never make homemade cheese, but I'm enjoying the process vicariously through you! I know now to start wrapping my store-bought cheese in parchment paper. Thanks, Rain!
Thanks so much Louise!! :) It was Marlene napping beside me!! :) I'm so glad you liked the video, actually there is a lot to look at in that corner of my office!! I wish I could share all of my cheeses! I just made two more Cheddars this weekend. I have to think about my Camemberts too, it's that time of year!! :)
Congrats on the success of your cheddar cheese making! You always make me want cheese when I see your posts and now to watch you sampling yours. Mmmm! As intrigued as I am about the whole process I don't think I'm game for trying this just yet. It sounds like a cool thing to do and I know it brings you lots of happiness, so keep at it! I'm eager to read more about your progress. Happy cheese making, my friend!
Thanks Cathy! :) That Cheddar is long gone as I type this! :) The cheese making seems complicated at first because it's all so new, but as you make more and more, it becomes easy and more pleasant to do. I just love creating things I can eat! And I love saving money and knowing what's in the cheese. Just changing companies and getting better ingredients has made all the difference in the results AND in my confidence, so I've been trying new cheeses. Lots of fun! :)

Your video was fun to see. If I ate dairy you would be inspiring me to make cheese!
I do love cheese, so much. Enjoy that cheese!
Thank you Tammie! :) A hobby you can eat is a good one! :)
